Join us on a spectacular motorcycle adventure through the diverse landscapes of Georgia - a land where Europe meets Asia and every turn reveals a new world. From the cobbled streets of Tbilisi to the rock-carved monastery of Vardzia, from the ancient towers of Svaneti to the breathtaking passes of Kazbegi, this route offers a unique blend of history, nature, and culture.
You will ride along the historic Silk Road, cross high mountain passes like Zagari, follow the curves of the Caucasus, and visit iconic landmarks such as Gergeti Trinity Church beneath the 5,000-meter Mount Kazbegi. Enjoy the warmth of Georgian hospitality, taste local wine, relax in cozy mountain guesthouses, and feel the spirit of adventure at every kilometre. This tour combines scenic roads, cultural treasures, and unforgettable moments in one of the world’s most fascinating motorcycling destinations.
Terrain & Riding: A balanced mix of paved country backroads and easy unpaved surfaces (such as hard-packed dirt or fine gravel). Expect occasional switchbacks, rolling hills, and light traffic mixed with local wildlife or agricultural vehicles. Moderate riding endurance is required.
Cultural Experience: Authentic local atmosphere. You may encounter moderate language barriers, traditional local dining, and varying regional customs. Accommodations remain comfortable but may feature simpler, locally run guesthouses.
Highlights
Tbilisi: Winding cobblestone streets, traditional sulfur baths, and vibrant local cuisine.
Didgori Battle Memorial: Giant sword sculptures commemorating Georgia's historic 12th-century victory over the Seljuk Turks.
Vardzia Cave Monastery: Carved into the cliffs of Mount Erusheti, this sprawling 12th-century cave fortress is a city in itself, featuring ancient chapels and wall frescoes.
Ushguli & Svaneti Watchtowers: One of Europe's highest continuously inhabited settlements, famous for its medieval stone defensive towers set against the backdrop of Mount Shkhara.
Zagari Pass: A high-altitude mountain crossing along the Zagaro Pass (~2,620m elevation) connecting Svaneti to lower gorges, providing sweeping alpine views along unpaved tracks.
Uplistsikhe: A rock-cut town of Uplistsikhe, an ancient trade centre dating back to the Iron Age.
Gergeti Trinity Church: perched beneath the 5,000-meter peak of Mount Kazbek, see the image at the top of this page.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Tbilisi
Arrival in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. Transfer from the airport to the hotel.
Over dinner, you’ll meet the crew and receive a briefing on the route. A relaxed start to settle in and get to know your fellow riders.
Day 2: Vardzia
We begin on a beautiful, small road linking eastern and western Georgia. The ride toward the Didgori Battle Memorial is unforgettable: fresh tarmac, sweeping curves, and open landscapes made for motorcycles. The memorial commemorates Georgia’s victory over the Seljuk Turks — a turning point that sparked one of the country’s most prosperous eras. This east–west route once formed part of the historic Silk Road, and the scenery shifts dramatically every 20 km.
The road climbs high along the ridgeline before descending toward Vardzia. En route, we pass Khertvisi Fortress, once visited by Alexander the Great. We finish the day opposite the spectacular 12th–13th century Vardzia cave‑monastery, staying in a scenic complex overlooking the site.
Day 3: Kutaisi
Today’s landscapes feel completely different — as if you’ve crossed continents.
We ride through Borjomi and into the Samtskhe‑Javakheti region, known for dramatic cliffs, lush valleys, and deep cultural heritage.
This area is considered one of the birthplaces of modern Georgia. We end the day in Kutaisi, the country’s former capital and still a major cultural centre.

Accomodation
Dinning

Breakfast and Dinner included every day, lunch is not.
Georgian cuisine is a rich, comforting blend of Caucasian, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern flavours, famous for its generous use of walnuts, aromatic herbs (like tarragon, coriander, and garlic), and artisan cheese.
Central to its identity are warm, soul-soothing dishes like khachapuri—a gooey cheese-filled bread often crowned with butter and an egg—and khinkali, twisted dumplings packed with spiced meat and rich broth meant to be sipped as you eat.
Dining in Georgia centres around the supra, a traditional feast guided by a toastmaster (tamada), where grilled meats (mtsvadi), vibrant vegetable spreads like pkhali, and clay-pot stewed beans (lobio) are endlessly shared alongside regional amber wines fermented in underground clay vessels (qvevri).
