We will pick you up from the hotel at 7.30 AM the morning of your tour, for a big hearty breakfast at Route 66 Bikers Cafe, complete paperwork, perform a Safety Briefing, Hand Over your bike, and hit the road.

Day 1 - Chiang Mai – Phayao – Nan (150 Km)

Your journey begins in the vibrant city of Chiang Mai, where you’ll set off on a thrilling ride to the serene town of Phayao, covering approximately 150 km through winding mountain roads. Along the way, you’ll witness lush green valleys, picturesque rice paddies, and charming villages that give a glimpse into Northern Thailand’s rural lifestyle. A highlight of this stretch is Kwan Phayao Lake, the largest freshwater lake in Northern Thailand, where you can pause to soak in the tranquil beauty and visit the serene Wat Tilok Aram, a submerged temple that whispers tales of the past.

Continuing another 150 km to Nan, the journey transitions into awe-inspiring landscapes of rolling hills, dense forests, and winding roads that challenge and thrill riders. Nan is renowned for its rich cultural heritage and laid-back vibe. The town invites you to explore the majestic Wat Phumin, famous for its exquisite murals and unique cruciform design, depicting vivid scenes of Thai folklore and everyday life.

The ride offers a sensory feast, from the earthy aroma of the countryside to the culinary delights waiting to be savoured. Relish the local flavours with dishes like khao soi, a creamy coconut curry noodle soup, or grilled river fish, fresh from local waters. As the day ends, settle into your luxurious accommodation in Nan, reflecting on a day filled with thrilling roads, natural wonders, and cultural treasures. Day 2 - Nan-Bo Kluea (800 years salt mine) - Doi Phukha - Nan The Nan loop (200 Km)

Embark on an exhilarating ride through the famous Nan Loop, covering approximately 200 km of some of the most stunning and dynamic routes in Northern Thailand. Today’s adventure is packed with cultural treasures, natural wonders, and thrilling roads that will keep your adrenaline pumping.  The journey starts with a ride to Bo Kluea, a charming village nestled in the mountains and home to the 800-year-old salt wells, a fascinating testament to ancient salt extraction techniques. Here, riders can take a break to explore this unique cultural heritage, marvelling at how locals continue to harvest salt using traditional methods.

Don’t forget to pick up some artisanal salt as a souvenir. From Bo Kluea, continue your ascent into the breathtaking Doi Phukha National Park, a highlight of the Nan Loop. The park is a haven of natural beauty, featuring winding mountain roads, dense forests, and panoramic vistas that seem to stretch forever.

Stop at viewpoints to admire the sea of mist rolling over the mountains, a sight that’s both serene and awe-inspiring. Along the way, you’ll pass through quaint hill tribe villages, offering a glimpse into the diverse cultures of Northern Thailand.

For lunch, enjoy a hearty meal at a local eatery, sampling regional specialities like nam prik noom (spicy green chilli dip) with sticky rice or grilled meats seasoned with herbs straight from the mountains.

Day 3: Nan – Phu Langka – Phu Chi Fa – Chiang Khong (280 Km)

Gear up for an unforgettable day as you cover approximately 280 km, weaving through Northern Thailand’s dramatic landscapes on a route that combines cultural gems, natural splendour, and epic riding experiences. Day 3 promises to be one of the most scenic and rewarding legs of the journey.

Phu Langka: A Ride Above the Clouds – The day begins with a ride to Phu Langka, a mesmerizing destination famous for its mist-shrouded valleys and mountain peaks. The winding roads leading here are an absolute treat for riders, offering a mix of tight curves and open stretches. Upon arrival, stop at the Phu Langka Viewpoint to take in the ethereal “sea of mist” that blankets the valley below—a sight that feels like riding into a dream. Phu Chi Fa: A Panoramic Wonder – Continue your journey toward Phu Chi Fa, a breathtaking mountain on the Laos border known for its panoramic views and rugged cliffs.

The ride to Phu Chi Fa is equally enthralling, with roads that meander through lush forests and small hill tribe villages. At the summit, soak in the awe-inspiring vistas of rolling hills and the Mekong River as it snakes its way through the valley.
